::Topchoice after sales service is really bad. Absolutely no communication and unreasonable waiting times. My tumble dryer broke down after 3 months of use. They did not offer a temporary replacement but did not mind to make me wait 2 months for it to be fixed (in winter). After I got it back it broke down within a few weeks again. Instead of providing me with a decent solution this time. They just order a new part and let me wait for an unknown period of time again. (3 weeks and counting). Also they let me know that should it break down again after I still will not be eligible for a replacement. Very disappointing.

The staff were very helpful to guide and inform on the best appliance to get. They also arranged the logistics to deliver the appliance and book a reliable transport and crane.
