::Difficult to find parking nearby. Always crouded and you could spend several hours waiting. Never enough staff to handle the volume of people waiting. On the plus side the reception is helpful and friendly as are the staff. However it's up to the individual to ensure that he/she has the correct documents before attending the office which will save time and frustration for everyone, including staff who have to deal with difficult customers. An exterior post-box for hand deliveries may be useful. A number of the negative reviews are about the bus service NOT Transport Malta! Check your web sites people!

::IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FROM THIS DARK TERRIBLE PLACE CALL IN ADVANCE AND ASK FOR THE EXACT DOCUMENTS YOU NEED. ASK FOR SPECIFICS AND GET THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU'RE SPEAKING TO SO THAT YOU CAN HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life Visited twice (taking days off work to do so). I didn't get what I needed the first time even though I called in advance to ask if the documents I had at the time were acceptable - they were not. Whoever spoke to me on the phone wasn't well informed, but it's ok mistakes happen. The second time they wanted another document, which I obviously didn't have on me since I wasn't informed about it the first time I went! They then had the cheek to treat me like it was my fault. Worst place on the planet, I'm giving it one star because it doesn't go any lower.
