  In short: one of the most customer-UNfriendly staff I've come across, low quality food, artificial smoothie, cheeky and emotional staff and hair in meals! May not be good for your money, health and mental well-being. The dinner at this place has been the worst experience in Malta. There was quite a lot of food (a good thing), but we didn't finish it because it wasn't particularly tasty: as if taken out from the freezer. The smoothie that I ordered didn't contain the fruit that I had selected.The drink tasted very artificial and after a few sips I gave up. The worst thing? A long black hair in the pasta: the waitress tried to convince me it was ... a mushroom. For some reason we were served by a few people, which created a lot of confusion and they delayed serving the drinks after delivering the food. Even though we asked to deliver the food at the same time, one of us got their plate first so it's not easy to communicate with them. After hearing the complaint the waitress didn't even try to enquire, apologize or offer a discount, but started cleaning the plates in a very hostile, intimidating way (we were scared the plates would end up on our heads!) and started laughing we can give them a bad review as any review will make them famous (or something along these lines). Maybe it was a bad hair day (pun intended ;)

  Terrible service. Not nice.Be sure that you will be serviced by more then 3 people who do not communicate with eachother. In result you get what you do not expected. Despite of cozy, familliar look of restaurant and huge portions, pasta tasted like frozen food. In addition pasta costs 7.5€ ( like in a center of Valleta ).

  Good place to meet locals and get Maltese food.
