  Very nice venue. Indoor area is quite large the outdoor area is ideal for summer weddings or Civil Union ceremonies. Food by Osborne Cateres, quality is good and visually looks amazing. Overall elegant venue ideal for weddings or large parties approx 300-500 guest inside and outside. Would also be ideal for a seated reception. The only downside to this venue is the location because it is in a residential area and there is no other choice for catering.
