  Staff is not interested in serving customers. Both pools and spa amenities are closed. On the 3rd and 6th floors they doing major building works starting at 6:30am daily.... Breakfast? OMG... stale bread, 3 kinds of cold meat and fruit from can... unacceptable. Shame... relatively clean place.

  Hotel pessimo,in tutto e per tutto,camere sporche,tovaglie da terzo mondo,pulizia inesistente,tv14pollici che risale alla prima guerra mondiale,lenzuola sporche e chi più ne ha più ne metta.mi meraviglia il fatto che Booking e trivago li continuano a pubblicizzare.un hotel SCANDALOSO. 4 stelle?   Αρχικά η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν κάτω του μετρίου....Ζητήθηκε δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι και παρέλαβα δύο ενωμμένα μονά με κακό στρώμα και πολύ κακά μαξιλάρια...τα σεντόνια δεν ήταν τελείως καθαρά όπως και οι πετσέτες.Κάποιες δε ήταν τρύπιες...Ο νυπτήρας ήταν βουλωμένος και από τους σωλήνες έβγαινε νερό με σκουριά στην αρχή... Όσον αφορά το πρωινό ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός αλλά δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι απο την ποιότητα του καφέ και κάποιων προϊόντων για 4 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο... Οι εγκαταστάσεις των πισινών ήταν κλειδωμένες....

  Not 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. Shower cubicle screen cracked in 2places. Broken Tiles. Couldn't open the wardrobe door as bedside table in the way. Breakfast - only scrambled eggs. 2 types of cereal. No fresh fruit. Only good thing about this hotel is the staff

  The hotel is very nice. Clean room with TV and Internet, nice bathroom with clean towels, hair dryer and shower gel, only no slippers, good breakfast, there is elevator and hotel has great location. Staff is very helpful and polite. Actually there is everything you need to have great holiday. It was cold and we asked for kettle and additional blanket and were provided with it in the same day. I would stay here again!
