  I have bought an LS2 vector several months ago, and after a couple of months one of the visor screws came loose causing the entire mechanism to come up. Having talked to them they graciously offered to get it looked at and come up with a solution. Having been brought to their shop to deliver the helmet they got in touch several days later saying this needs to be ordered from abroad, and a temporary "steel" screw will be placed to maintain the mechanism. I doubt placing a steel screw is even close to safe practices, but they promised they'd get in touch when the proper ones would be delivered so I made peace. 2 weeks later I contacted them for an updated and a month after that, to this day still no response. Non-existent after sales service or organization present. Have to keep chasing after them, giving you defective, potentially dangerous products with no professional resolution. The helmet should have been replaced on the spot - this is a safety device after all. Never again buying from them, this is not how a paying customer should be treated.
