  Awful service. James goofed up big time in reprogramming our EPIRB. He didn't use the proper protocol for the USA, after he told us he could. He also mistyped the MMSI#. When these errors were brought to his attention, he insisted that we needed to pay him all over again for yet another reprogramming. Who does business like this? It was his mistake and he should have fixed it for free. We ended up going down the road to his competitor (Medcomms) where we received excellent service. XS is a scam, watch out!
