  First of all, you don't add something to a persons bag without asking, and then charge 10 cent for it. I didn't ask for the floating drink thing or whatever that was. But your staff is rude and unhelpful. I went in there to exchange a bikini, and they tell me they don't refund money (I had the recipt and nothing had been used) and they barely tried to help me find something else in the store. I found a night dress, and still had money left. I decided to get panties, and when she asked for my size I told her I was a 36/Small. She held up a size 2, which acording to their meassures is the size I should get. She then strezed them out, looked me up and down, rolled her eyes and just starred at me, obviously thinking that wasn't my size. That was so uncomfortable and rude, and if it wasn't because of the bikini I had to exchange, I would have told her off and left the store. When I insisted that was my size, she went around the store and basically threw anything in that size at me, not asking what I would like or anything. She gave me a bunch of stuff from the sales section, when I asked for something from the new collection, she once again rolled her eyes. I got 2 pairs of panties in size 2, and they are actually a bit big for me. I will not recommend your store to anyone, and I can't imagine ever going back. Change your attitude!
