  I pay 10e, they copy all my documents and told me to come back in 48h, all this to cash a cheque of 90e. I came after 48h. They told me they did a mistake and they dont have the copy of my documents and I need to wait another 48h. I told them I can come tuesday because monday I am working. The answear they give me... makes me puke, I just left, they didnt refund my 10e. Never again with this Bank. Be smart google HSBC and what they do, is all out there.
