  Do not trust this company they are scammers. I spent €1000 with them on 3 laptops and ALL laptops broke down. You cannot run a business with their products or service, it's impossible. They took forever to repair the laptops so I had to buy new ones to replace them. When they did repair a laptop it turned out it wasn't repaired at all but still broken so their guarantees are rubbish and it's time consuming taking the laptops back to their shop. On one occasion they bought me a replacement laptop without a key. On another they replaced my laptop with a broken laptop and then refused to respond to emails on how to address that. Even when I tried to buy a mobile phone from them they tried to sell me a mobile with a locked screen! I buy used laptops all the time from the UK and never have I had to deal with a company with such poor service. Avoid at all costs, buy overseas, do not trust these people. Their guarantees are useless, their products are dreadful, their after care service is non-existent. I have never in my life dealt with a company with such poor service. DO NOT USE THEM.
