  There is air conditioning unit but you can only switch it on/off without having a remote so you cannot set the temperature or the power. There is no hot water in the showers and that cold is coming with extremely low pressure. We could not access to the wifi because the owner did not showed up, only asked a girl from another apartment downstairs to pass the keys to us. So basically same as with the air conditioning, there is one but you can't use it. Location is okay, but this does not add to the comfort. Avoid.

  Pretty new complex. Apartments are spacious and pretty well maintained. Elavator is incredibly slow though and the water pressure is low which makes it lose 2 stars. Location gives it an extra star again.

  The apartment is nice and there is plenty of room for the four of us staying here. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room/kitchen + balcony. The elevator is incredibly slow though and the water pressure for the showers is a bit disappointing.
