  Stay away if you want to avoid extra paying and dishonest behaviour. We took a car in the airport and they have taken money of one more day of renting than expected, even if we said to him that there was an error in their papers. When we have called to Msida client service (and we are lucky enough to establish a call, because they usually don't answer) they have been inventing reasons to not refund our money. Right now they want us to accept a refund of the extra day of the car but not the extra day of the insurance. That means almost 70€/day for its smallest car. We are still fighting against them with our bank's help to have an acceptable refund.

  Easy to find location, just a 40 minute walk to Valletta after you've dropped the car. The first bit around a nice marina and the second bit up a hill. The lady was very friendly. Simple and swift process.

  Staff were really, really rude to everyone in the office at the same time as us. They were also 40+ minutes late picking up from Valletta Waterfront. If you're getting the Waterfront pick up, wait outside Bank of Valletta, not where they've put the drop pin on their website. Car was good though.
