  I cannot give them 0 otherwise I would. Let me list the points: - awaken by the cleaning staff every single day at 7. They are chatting all time, talking loudly and closing doors abruptly - breakfast is generally crowded, small, awfully sweet juice (forget fresh orange juice), terrible scramble eggs. People bumping, and queuing to take food. - the most disgusting for me was to see people touching food and then leaving it on the counter. - the room was old, not isolated at all. We could get all noise from outside and even from the people next doors and in the hallway. You can hear the trucks, cars, people passing, everything - staff is rude, specially the ones in the night. One of them didn’t bother to reply our greeting when we arrived. He didn’t even looked above the counter. And when I came downstairs, to ask for something he replied without even looking at me It’s a 2 star advertised of 4 in sites like booking in reality should be 1.

  Well what can i say. When we arrived we thought we has walked into an old peoples home. I had mentioned it was for my hubbys birthday. We were greeted in out room by a huge cockroach which scuttled behind the bath. There were black mould marks on the ceiling and behind the curtain the wall was black with mould. Our bed cover had cigarette burns on it. We appreciated that the staff were mostly friendly and tried their best. We did have clean towels everyday should we need them, allbeit with holes in. I was so disappointed. Will not be going again. The sum terrace was appalling. An empty, very dirty jackuzzi and a few sunbeds It looked like it hadnt been cleaned for years Little Beirut comes to mind .

  I can't rate this evening one star is a lie . It poses as a 4 star and yet the customer service the food and decor are all dated as in out of date. There are no standards. I'm glad I didn't book all inclusive and if I'd had the money I'd have changed hotels.

  Hotel overall is very good. Plenty of food which is well cooked. Rooms are a bit out dated, but still very comfortable. Price wise excellent value

  I have just stayed here for 4 weeks in the hotel. It is a pleasant enough place. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels and bedding are changed often. You have a good selection of meals on offer. If you do not want to eat in the restaurant you can get bar meals from 10 am until 3pm. The hotel is very close to the bus station, beach, bars, shops, aquarium, and the car museum. The staff are nice and friendly. I think that the evening entertainment could be looked into as it caters more for the elderly. But even so it was always a nice sociable evening in the bar. If you are like me and like a coffee before you go down for breakfast I would take a kettle with you. All in all a nice enough hotel to stay in. I have no complaints 😊
