  I bought a halogen heater from this place which turned out not wirking. I took it back and was promised a free repair. After a week of not hearing back I went back and was told that it was ready but when I brought it back it was obvious that it was not touched never mind repaired. Unfortunately this was not my 1st bad experience of a dishonest retailer in Gozo. What amazes me is that places like this are happy to lose customers for as little as €5 which was the cost of new bulbs. Stupidity knows no bound.

  WARNING!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM CINI HOLDINGS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOU ITEM, NEITHER YOUR MONEY BACK. In reality I rate Cini Holdings as a ZERO star company, however I had to give at least 1 star in order to post this review. I ordered a kettle on the 4th of July. After a month I contacted Cini Holdings to look for the kettle which hadn't arrived. They asked me for more money to use DHL!!! As I did not want to give them more money, they promised to refund me. Now, 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for my money back. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUTHFUL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. These are the three words that describe Cini Holdings!!!!
