  Way too expensive compared to private coffee shops and when we were there almost every table was full of empty trays and cups. The tables were also dirty.

  Very expensive, grumpy staff and inferior quality of coffee and food. Step up to worldwide Costa standards..

  In this "cafeteria" the most important is obviously quantity and not quality. The ristretto is not the same as espresso. Read the basics of barista work and quality control. Croissants and huge cappuccinos with cocoa powder on top are not the aim in this job.
