::The staff is very friendly and despite all the complaints the coffee I've had from there has always been absolutely superb. My only complaint is the prices, a medium sized frostino and a cookie could easily set you back 8€ which is the only thing holding me back from a 5 star rating. Overall satisfied

::The beverages are a bit of a hit and miss, depending on the Baristas. Yesterday evening the coffee was good but not as good as expected. Though today (15/3) afternoon it was. I also made sure to sit at the back of the shop. The smell of cigarettes is too strong at the front, even from the inside.

::Good coffee and relaxing atmosphere. The place ia good for a lunch or coffee meeting, and excellent to work on the laptop. They have a variety of snacks, from sweet to healthy. Parking is not always easy though.

::When they're supposed to have good coffees.. although the cappuccinos come in a satisfyingly big cup, they were horrible. Nothing but water and flat foam, no froth, and bad taste. Every time I visit this Costa Coffee, even elsewhere, I get surprised how bad their coffees are. Not sure how their main thing is "coffee", and how "famous" the place is. Also, I personally think that €4.50 for a tiny piece of cake is ridiculous. Otherwise the place and staff were nice.

::I arrived at Costa Coffee B-Kara at 20:25hrs. Was told by the barista: "Sir we can serve you inside but you have to take your coffee and muffins in take away cups because we close at 21.00hrs and we already switched on the dishwasher." That was a bit obvious that we weren't very welcome. Anyway... coffee and muffins were great
