  My sister and me brought necklaces in the shop in February. We had excellent service with no pressure to purchase. When I returned home I opened the box and found i hadn't the item I purchased . I sent at Message to the shop via messenger. Next day I received a reply full of apologies and was told the necklace was out of stock and would be in beginning of April. They would then send me a replacement. True to their word I had a message when the necklace was in and was told it would be posted to me by registered post next day. Next day I received a photo of the registered post receipt to let me know it was posted. Three days later I received the necklace. You would be lucky to receive that service in England. The two brothers in the shop are extremely honest genuine people I would recommend any one to visit the shop. When we go back to Malta I will certainly revisit.   We went there today. The proprieter spoke perfect English and was friendly and charming. He did not try and up-sell, in fact when he showed me a chain I requested to view, we noticed it was very slightly bent so he immediately put it away and found me an alternative. Would shop there again if I ever come back to visit Malta. Lisa
