  Absolutely worst Customer service ever. NO ONE is ever picking up the phone, you're Lucky if you manage to get someone after hours trying, and when you complain you get attitude and no change whatsoever!!!

  Website doesn't list all Malta localities so that the sender can't post to Malta. Some towns like Pembroke etc are absent from the drop down list. To make matters worse they are impossible to contact. They hung up when I tried calling..

  Malta FedEx - 30 minutes trying and still trying to get through by phone and no answer other than to put the call down. Absolutely hopeless.

  This company is a disaster. None of their contact emails seem to work and when they finally answered the phone it cost €6 in call charges before they resolved my inquiry.

  I went to the Paola office in a hurry to find out that you moved to Luqa. If you are not using it anymore why do you keep it marked open? Went to the Luqa location to find out where it is exactly , and luckily enough, there was someone I could ask if that's where I can pick the package up and the kind soul gave me the package immidiatly after checking my info
