  Currently undergoing a massive regeneration project due to be complete in 2020 however still some craft shops open doing some amazing work like the olive wood shop and 2 glass shops that we saw. A little disappointed due to what appears to be a run down place but some good shops just need to be willing to see past the construction site.

  We spent ages at the filigree workshop watching a real craftsman produce the most exquisite jewellery. We then, of course, purchased some of the beautiful jewellery at amazing prices. The jewellery is not only beautiful it is also very strong. My daughter then revisited to stock up on another day! We saw similar items of jewellery in other places on the island for much higher prices. It was lovely to buy directly from the crafts people themselves who were so kind and not pushy at all. I'm really glad that we went as we weren't sure if the craft village was going to be open as according to Google maps it looked permanently closed. I hope that someone can correct that information as genuine crafts people will be missing out. The bus dropped us off outside the jewellery workshop and picked us up from the same place. We also saw glass, olive wood and stone workshops. There were probably more to see but we needed to get in our way.

  Superb little craft village... it's the best one I've been to, stunning jewellery and glass... a definite must while visiting Malta.. :Lots of beautiful handmade items

  Nice craft village on the old RAF airfield. Pottery, silversmiths ect well worth the visit

  Great little shop with super friendly staff. Researched crystal shops before my holiday (crystal nerd...) and found this place so I had to go. Can access the craft village using the open top tour bus and visit as part of a multiple stop trip. The prices are around what is expected for crystals etc. Quality of the products are nice and the guy who was in there was very knowledgeable and happy to show you any crystals from the cabinet.
