  A beautiful hotel to stay in at a stunning setting. The pool area is simply amazing. Staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bright. Recommend staying here. Great location near city centre.

  Fancier than what we usually go for. The building, the staff, the location, the rooms, ... everything was absolutely fantastic. The only big disappointment was the general manager abusing his staff at breakfast. I understand he likes everything to be perfect, but when you see that any small comment a guest makes leads to the hard-working working staff being verbally abused, it's awkward, uncomfortable, and you also end up keeping your mouth shut and feeling really bad for everyone working there. I have to admit that this really spoils this otherwise ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC breakfast. That's the only reason I didn't go for 5 stars.

  Big hotel with nice pool area. Rooms clean and tidy. Excellent cleaners. Service in restaurants is generally OK, sometimes in the 24hr lounge they are understaffed. Reception area needs improvement, the staff never lookup when you pass and happily let you stand waiting for ages. Housekeeping have nailed it already, always smiling and friendly. Overall we have enjoyed the hotel and look forward to coming back.

  Highly recommended. Wow. You must eat in the restaurant too at least once during your stay, beautiful full flavoured meals. The staff were very professional and helpful. We went on an excursion one day and a boat actually picked us up from the hotel jetty (much more impressive than a taxi!) Ooh and the shampoo and conditioners provided in the rooms smelt divine!

  An excellent staff. Great environment. Helpful, courteous staff. Spa employees are just wonderful; they excel over the rest. Lobby bar serves good cocktails and lunch. Buffet dinner is great as well. Excellent experience.
