  A typical government dept - went myself at office to pick new id card. showing my old id card was not enough evidence that i am myself and hence the woman at the counter asked me to go another time and take with me proof that i am myself - the documents she asked me for was either a contract of purchasing my property - renting contract or a electricity bill - IT CANNOT GET ANY LOWER with the government depts.
