  The staff were helpful, friendly, polite. They explained eveything in terms of the T&C's and also how to use the car and features. They know their stuff! I would recommend them to anyone to hire a car.

  Avoid! Very unprofessional and rude. Started to have a go at me because he got annoyed by me asking to pre-fill the forms to speed up collection (hire in my husbands name) . Although I urgently needed a car told him to forget it and walked away! Cannot tolerate such rude behaviour! Luckily found an amazing car hire round the corner. No problems whatsoever- filled the papers. Then my husband just went to sign and pick a car.
