  The service was not up to standard. A it lot of basic mistake such as not giving customers spoons with their coffee.

  Appalling service - genuinely the most incompetent staff I've ever experienced. All four of us received our food at 10+ minute intervals so was not a meal enjoyed together. Furthermore, we had specifically arranged to order in advance of one of us arriving because they only had 30 minutes, so we had informed the staff and they had said it would take maximum 8 minutes from when they arrived but after 25 minutes we asked for the already made pasta to be put on our table so they could quickly eat and then run off. No apology or acknowledgment from the staff. They should just have said it would not be possible for us to order and eat within 30-40 minutes from the beginning if that was the case. Very poor customer service and terrible organisation among the staff. Below average food - pizza was small and had an undercooked, dense dough but burnt crusts, pasta was very mediocre in flavour (verging on bland), even the Cisk was poured shockingly and below the mark. Overpriced for what it was. Highly disappointed and would not recommend until significant improvements are made (which really shouldn't be that difficult to make). The ambiance of the place is cool though, just have a long way to go in terms of customer service.

  The Ladybird Street Cafe is the one of the best places for any meal. It has very good well priced food in a lovely in environment with very kind and helpful staff. Service is excellent and they have the option to take your food to go. You should go eat at this amazing place.
