::Very disappointed.Arrived at 9pm and foods and drinks served 1hr later. I am not sure tripadvisor rating this restaurant 4 years in the row as best restaurant. The basic customer service is really low, food was bad, fish tasted like rotten fish, pasta was tasteless no seasoning at all. Will we go there NO. Will we recommend this restaurant to my friends , NO It is bad experience to us and it's ruining our dinner.

::Terrible food, terrible service. We were a group of 7, my meal came 20 minutes after everyone else's and the waitress was more interested in taking selfies than being attentive to us. Standard of food worse than we could cook at home in 10 minutes.

::Waited 2 hours for food (fair enough they only had one chef but feel like we should have been informed...) food wasn't nice, steak overcooked, spaghetti in seafood just buttery flavourless spaghetti, had run out of all wine but one, had no soft drinks but coke and sprite zero. Then those trolls had the cheek to challenge us why we didn't finish our plates.

::Very disappointing overall. I ordered goat's cheese that was oven baked in filo pastry as a starter and the tuna steak as a main. The starter was fairly bland with the goat's cheese being under-seasoned. It was accompanied by an assortment of greens that were served completely plain without salt, olive oil or any other dressing. The one upside of the dish was the filo pastry which had been shaped in a rather theatrical and very crunchy pouch. The main was a similar experience. The tuna steak was also under-seasoned and somewhat overcooked and the only flavour in the plate came from the fat in the tuna. The portion was also too large for such a fatty fish and it was impossible to finish even though I hadn't eaten anything else all day. The main was accompanied by the same salad as the first dish, also without any seasoning or dressing. A bit of salt on everything and some olive oil on the salad would still not have justified the price tag, but it would at least have made everything much tastier and more interesting. PS: Similar to what others have reported here, I was told after I asked for the bill that I can not pay by card even though they have credit card stickers on the door. The reason I was given is that the machine had broken and the repair was running late. PPS: The service was quite slow for the starter, but the main came very quickly so this is only a minor complaint.

::We had lovely evening. Excellent meal. Great assistance and service from Anna. Nothing was too much effort for the staff and management. The owner also came out with his guitar and entertained us. We will recommend this place to all our friends. R. Bhartia
