  Have used this laundry service twice. The 1st time for a padded bedspread. Quick service but the bedspread had a terrible smell upon opening the bag. I tried to air it, even used a fabric refresher spray on it but the smell didn't budge. Had to use it but smell remained. Come the next time for it to be laundered, I stupidly returned to Lion - purely because I thought that the 1st time experience may have just been a "one off" plus it's in a convenient location. Shouldn't have bothered - I had exactly the same result, a very unpleasant smelling bedspread - it smells like dirty socks, no way am I putting this back on the bed. Total waste of Euro 24.00 Just by chance I asked a friend if she had ever used this same Laundry - she had and it turns out she had exactly the same problem as myself. I shall be calling in and asking for a Euro 12.00 refund.
