  Se pensate di ottenere un servizio per lo meno decente scordatevelo, gente arrogante per niente professionale non danno nessun suggerimento ne consiglio, non so ci sta che sia stato solo il mio autista ma in generale quando ho raccontato la mia esperienza ad amici avevano avuto lo stesso trattamento ..sono più gentili e professionali quelli che guidano il pullman. Fate attenzione che spesso arrivano anche in Ritardo senza nemmeno scusarsi.

  We booked a shuttle from this company because we arrived very late and left very early and there was no public transportation available at this time, and we wanted to save a little money. As we were not staying at a listed hotel, we sent an email to the company before booking a shuttle. The lady who responded to us told us that it was OK, that we just needed to fill the address and that the pick up point would be next to our place, down the stairs of old Theatre Street in Valletta. When we arrived at the airport, we easily found the waiting area, and after 30 minutes of waiting, we were drove to the place that was mentioned in the email. The driver told us that we had to wait at the same place to go back to the airport at the end of our stay. At the end of our stay, we had the shuttle booked at 4:15 in the morning, after 20 minutes, the company called us, saying that the driver couldn't find us. I explained my position. At the phone, the person I spoke to was yelling at the driver, then telling me that the driver would arrive and hung up without letting me answer. 10 minutes later, he called again, telling me the driver couldn't find me. I explained again that I was right where the first driver dropped me, and where the lady on the email told me to wait, down the stairs of old Theatre street. He yelled at me and threatened me that if I did not explain where I was, they would leave me there. At this moment, a taxi driver went by, so I took a taxi for the airport. Finally, the shuttle round trip for two costs 32 euros, the taxi costs 40 euros. Just don't take this useless and rude company, taxi is friendlier, faster, more comfortable and reliable.

  Malta Transfer might not have the friendliest drivers or staff at the airport. They might not be great at communication and confirmations with guests. However, comparing to all the other transfer companies that can take you from Airport to Gozo and back, it is the most reliable, because it actually shows up. I've tried plenty of other companies like Shuttle Direct, Sunspot, Fox Transfer all of them have at least once either not shown up at all, or came more than 1 hour late. Malta Transfer might not be the greatest service, but it is the most reliable. If you book transfer with them, you can actually expect that it will arrive and you can actually expect that it will arrive on time.

  Booked a shuttle for 4.15 in the morning to go to the airport. The Shuttle never showed up and nobody answered the "24h-Hotline". As there is no public transport at this time in the morning that caused serious trouble and we almost missed our flight. Whyever the driver didn´t show up I at least expect to get informed so that I can organsize something else. Besided that a normal taxi is cheaper. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

  Can't understand all the negative reviews. Pick up and drop off from airport was really easy the driver very friendly indeed. Because of all the negative reviews on Google we decided to make our own we back to the airport when we we left. The driver for our return journey called me from his mobile at exactly our appointed pick up time. Then the Malta transfers office called and then the driver again and then the office again. I missed the calls as I was to embarrassed to answer after reading all the negative reviews and deciding to take the public bus. I won't hesitate to use Malta transfers the next time I visit Malta. I would give Malta transfers 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟
