  In the meantime our opinion has radically changed by a breach of turnkey contract, general treatment of customers except at the Victoria branch. After 3 months the contracted services have not been fulfilled and for the contractor are technically impossible ever to fulfil. We have been pressed, (to not call it extorted), to except the part in question to be withdrawn from the contractor's obligation, and not to extend the service endadate over the original contract date. Finlly the performance contract had been enforced to be extended by 3 month's with an increase of the duration at our expenses. Logic would hsve been a free- of-charge indamnisation.
