  I recently visited Malta and hired a car from this company the customer service was deplorable. In my opinion the car they supplied us was a disgrace. Also in my opinion dangerous. I reported this to them regarding my concern over the mechanical problems also the condition of the tyres . I have supplied them with photographic evidence and all I have had so for is a standard letter stating Their looking in to it . Thank you for your new response what a total unprofessional person you are. I have photographic evidence of the condition of the car and the state of the tyres. Anyone asking me for proof of this can contact me and I will supply them. Then we will see who is the dishonest person Regards Edward

  In my experience, extreme parasites and the epitome of unprofessional. After a few simple rentals (I am local so had plenty of time to judge this service) some strange patterns started to arise, culminating in 2 (not even just 1) unauthorised charges to my card. This is unacceptable. I have as a result had to go so far as to block payments to this company after receiving a very shady speeding fine, no logo etc whatsoever and an email 4 weeks after the fact, telling me i have been charged the 35 euros plus a 10 euro "administrative fee". Always late (sometimes by as much as a day) in picking the cars up and late delivering them, sometimes with no petrol. Never respond to emails and only apparently write them when attempting to unlawfully charge funds. Given my monthly rentals the potential for a good relationship was there and I am not someone who is too demanding but these guys make it impossible, especially the manager Tom who engineers all of these payments i imagine. Shady SHADY SHADY company - stay away at all costs. To the response below; All of what you said is simply untrue. YES you eventually sent me the necessary documentation but only following my pressure. Still have not received anything regarding the second envelope containing an invoice. This review is 100% founded upon my experiences with your company which is horrendously run. Why on earth would I even resort to any review at all after using your company on a substantial amount of separate occasions were I not highly unsatisfied? I have zero motivation to lie, work in a completely unrelated industry so achieve nothing from it. I purely want it made public how I was treated so that no tourists/locals use your awful service, despite the great (advertised) prices. It will end as a circus, when essentially car hire should be very simple. I do hope google contact me on my direct email address and I will even provide all emails I received from your company to back this up. Such is the disdain I have for your company given the numerous unsatisfactory emails - including your last one which said this, "Do you think that a company that has been around for 55 years has the time and the cheek to fool around and charge customers for what is not chargeable and provide illegitimate documents ? If you think that we do, you are completely mistaken" Lovely tone you use there, when a customer expects as a minimum the necessary, headed documentation for a payment you had already taken. Nick
