  Disgrace, no answer from Middlesea assist after 10pm. Let alone road side assistance. Is this the service we pay for ? 24 hrs of service my foot. For ease of reference I tried calling 2248 0200 today 23 Aug 2017 at 10.15pm

  Absolutely appalling customer service. My friends bike broke down. Still waiting over 1 and half hours ( mind you told 30 minute wait ) made several phone calls with assurance driver on the way rubbish. Avoid this company disgusting.

  We've been trying to reach out for an hour and the answering machine goes on!! UNBELIEVABLE we pay the yearly fee and this is what you get!! Thanks to you RMF are here now and we have to pay them!! Shame on you... this is how you help!?
