  I have uploaded some photos of the state, the area near Speranza Chapel is in. This area is regularly visited by foreigners and pilgrims. A lot of money was spent on refurbishing it but now it is in a sorrowful state and has suffered blatant vandalism and abandonment.Kindly consider giving it due attention

  Rubbish customer care. Bulky refuse appointments for no use, people turn up when they please and say you were not there. I hope these are not being paid for work not done! website states certain opening hours which are not adhered to!
