  Disappointing afternoon tea experience which was booked in advance. The person answering the elephone should speak Maltese & english, as much difficulty being understood. On arrival at reservation time of 3:00pm, the restsurant was empty. We were served coffee and then waited for 35 minutes, with no tea being served, upon asking we were told the courtyard was very busy & it would arrive Our tea arrived 45 minutes after our reservation time, with no apology made. The bread on the sandwiches was not fresh, the selection of food for the "royal selection" was poor with hard tasteless scones. Not one member of staff asked if everthing was ok. Overall a poor and very disappointing experience.

  Nothing good to say about this ‘restaurant’. The music was way to loud and the staff was not friendly at all. I didn’t saw one smile on their faces for the whole 2 hours I have been waiting for my food. When the food arrived we were all very dissapointed. The curry wasn’t even curry and the beef rice was drowning in jus. The burgers were burnt and the salad was old. Never return again, not worth the money.

  Had a burger. The meat tasted funny, not off or anything of the sort but tasted slightly sour for a home made patty and dry. I can say that I've tasted so much better burgers elsewhere. Cannot really recommend.

  Fantastic ambience and food. They show passion in their menu and although a bit pricier is definitely worth a visit. The place has a lift for their roof terrace wine bar so anyone needing wheelchair access can also visit. the staff seemed very polite and professional.

  The food was good the atmosphere was better. I'm kidding, the food was excellent, really excellent. The service was fantastic. We ate downstairs as it was the middle of January. Heaters were turned on and we were quite cozy. Indicative of the rest of the island this Limestone Cavern where we ate had a lot of character. Highly recommend this place, would go back!
