  We booked the english medieval walking tour and the malta experience at 13:15. We got there at 13:00 as we are puntual. By 13:45, nobody from the tour showed up. We tried calling the tour company but the phone number supplied on the email was no longer in service. We also sent an email with no return. A close by couple overheard our phone call and told us they were also waiting for the same tour, in french, and no one had showed up. They managed to call using a different number and we were told they would send someone. After 3 phone calls, the french tour guide got there at 14:35 and accepted us in her group. We were told we shouldn't be upset since we got to do the tour anyways. This is the worst experience I've had with a touring company and I travel a lot. I unfortunately booked 2 other tours with the company - hopefully they will get there act together before then.

  I used this company to get to and from the airport and they were great. Both drivers were punctual and friendly. I'd definitely recommend booking with them!
