::Avoid this hospital, a doctor who doesn't have proper medical knowledge(He does not know a symptom, and he was asking me what is that? - hilarious) was treating patient with personal temper which is not really professional. I am studying at the University in the UK, and I know how to explain, and express myself properly. However, he was saying " I cannot understand because of your language, are you here for english learning?" and I answered, "Oh come one, I am here for holiday, and I know how to use English. I study in the UK" Finally he was paying attention to listen my words. If you do not understand English accent, then you had to pay attention rather just avoiding to listen patient's words. I am really sorry for that wake you up 3 in the morning, but I went there with a reason after I read the list for the emergency case on the website. The only person who was properly working was a nurse when I first explained the symptom of myself . Plus, she understood perfectly what I said. Please go back to medical school again, and study more about your profession. I could get a very good impression in Malta, Thank you! :))

::Staff was making fun of me while doing the examination. I did an expensive and pricy blood test and never got a good clarification of my values. The doctors are not responding and the hospital doesn't even bother to get back to me (even though they promised to do so). It's been over 40 days since I did this test. Pity that a private hospital can't live up to the expectations, standards and ridiculously high prices we are paying for. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this hospital and go to Mater Dei instead. Their healthcare is free and your problem will be taken in a more serious and professional way. Aviod St. James!

::I addressed to this hospital several years ago with condition that can be seen in photos. Dermatologist, an old man, was unable to diagnose me. The only thing he said was "erythroderma" and prescribed Prednisolonum in capsules. Condition was very complicated: high temperature and opacity of mind, but the "specialist" did not offer hospitalization. I was diagnosed with correct diagnosis in another country, this was Devergie's disease. It is treated with complicated complex treatment. Do not go to this hospital, doctors there don't understand anything.

::Like many other feedbacks say, this place is a trap. I went today to check my hand,. The girl in reception is like a robot, doesn't show any emphaty or kindness.horrible way to attend patients. A quick consultation.,and x ray, total 300 euros that will be charged to my travel insurance, what an abusive fees seriously. If you can, just go to another place where they care less about the money and more about the patients

::Extremely amateurish hospital, they should be ashamed of themselves! They couldn’t even rewrite my name! Made Robin out of Robbert, even though my passport was right in front of her. Completely unclear in their communication and had no idea how and what to do. They did have credit card machines everywhere though. You know, because money is everything.
