  One word to desribe it ... Divine. I went to Salt for dinner during a week day and was surprised that there were a couple of tables booked as well. Very polite staff and an exceptional chef. All courses were served with a meticulous eye for detail. Prices are reasonable. Excellent choice for a special occasion. The ambience was lovely .. perfect soft music in the background. There is also a private area ideal for a romantic night out.

  My husband and I spent New Year's Eve at Salt restaurant while on vacation in Malta... Each course presentation was absolutely spectacular and delicious. The high-quality ingredients make the difference in the outstanding flavors. Well done master chef Issac, Nicky and the rest of the team. We had one of the best New Year's Eve dinner.

  Very clean restaurant. Worth a visit and friendly staff. open kitchen, nice decor, nice food and visually impressive and such a good atmosphere. 5 out of 5 stars.

  Great place to celebrate a special occasion. Prices a bit on the steep side but definitely worth it. Food very delicious and portions are reasonable. The staff was very friendly and food was served relatively fast. However, the desert took a bit more time to be served but again, it was excellent and done with great detail. Will definitely come back.

  I was amazed with the nice ambiance of this restaurant. The food taste really good and the staff are very goof at their job. Keep it up!!
