  The worse customer service I've had in my entire life!!!!!!! No one could help us, they cancelled our booking without any notice and charged us 62 euro pre booking, no service, no car and we were charged. Unbelievable how it is possible, not even a contact. More than one hour on the phone call trying to sort it out, stock in the hotel.. destroying our holidays. No body deserve it. "Car flex" the worse and impolite company.

  депозит вернули через 10 дней на карту . арендовать легко права нужны обычные

  One of the worse customer services I have ever experienced any where in the world. Waited 45 minutes to be told no car available. Guy was obviously upset I had called head office to find out where he was.

  Worst experience ever. Agent was rude, unfriendly and turned out to be a real douchebag. Instead of helping out with a minor credit card issue he decided that's it's already too late and left us without any car at 10:50AM while official opening hours are until 12:00 on the weekend. So we have a prepaid voucher (!), all necessary papers and credit cards but this guy just drove away and denied to honour our contract (again: we paid in advance!).
