  Applied online, never received my social security number. Called 5 times, nobody picked up the phone so after 10 days of waiting I went to their office.They couldn't find my application form even I had my reference number which I received to my email. They created a new account for me but of course I had to wait. Very poor service. It happened the same with my colleague so their online system doesn't really work.
