  Perhaps because it is a laneway with a nondescript entrance, Fabri Lane remains relatively unknown in busy St.Julians. And that's a good thing! The street has a heritage covenant, meaning it's historic houses must be maintained in their original form - and this is a rare thing given the over-development in most parts of Malta. The laneway itself is rather unremarkable and the houses are fairly nondescript on the outside, but on the inside they are true to historical Maltese construction and design. But the best thing about Fabri Lane is the location. The houses command a spectacular, uninterrupted view across the valley over Balluta Bay. See my photos for the view!
