  Very big hotel with 425 rooms of different types, but a mess in the adminstration. Big Q in the reception. Not smiling customer service. But location is excellent. Very good value for your money.

  Went to Malta in 2016 and stayed in this hotel. Really couldn't ask for more in the price range. They served breakfasts and hot meals although I personally always ate out in the surrounding restaurants. The beer and alcohol was cheap so definitely a bonus just to chill out by the pool and pop a cold beer. St Georges Park area is beautiful the hotel is right next to the beach, restaurants, bars as well as shops so you don't have to travel miles just for the basics. The hotel also puts on entertainment in the evenings, quizzes and bingo for those who are into that thing.

  The check in took 30 mins because they couldn't find our reservation (what kind of dysfunctional booking system do they use?), they tried to over charge us and when we realized they said "come on, it's only 1.5 euros, I can't revert the overpayment". The room has plenty of "features" : - leaking bathroom sink - leaking kitchen sink - broken toilet flush - missing towels - missing bed linen - colony of ANTS all over the room and kitchen - broken ceiling fan - broken window lock - TV if you pay extra (we had no remote and couldn't turn it on without) - lock in the room that did not work - old teabag + old sock + old hair brush under the bed -room was too hot but we couldn't let the window open because of the "fun bar" downstairs blasting 200db of music until 3 am every night. Avoid this place at all cost!! I will ruin your stay in wonderful Malta!

  I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is clean basic accommodation. You need to take your own kettle. But the pools are amazing. The area is central. A good many bars and restaurants around. And a good bus service. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will be going back soon.

  Rooms quite cold, the hotel itself is not as up to standard. Rusty rooms, balconies, toilets. Lack of English understanding. Although when requests for blankets to help keep warm they did bring up some after third time calling. Down fall of the hotel rooms is retaining heat in room and although there's a small fan it's still cold which has lead to both me and my son falling ill from the cold. Only thing of food bring good is the ice cream. Think the rooms needs redecorating as well as the dining areas and more food choices are well needed. Overall staffs are polite.
