  very rude staff or poss manager! was not helpfull one bit then when she eventually took shoes to find correct sizes she erupted the whole shop could here her in the stock room screaming and shoutnig at her collegue i wanted 3 pairs of shoes in different colours my wife and i waited a further 10 mins while the screaming went on we gave up and walked out very poor
