Manga e passega. Never reply an email in full, odd opening hours, grumpy staff that need to understand customer service. I was basically told to go to an accountant as they can't fill in their form for you. No additional instructions are given. The online service is as bad as the physical one.

It starts with the person that is responsible for cash registers. Very unfriendly and gave us a list of producers / agents, that was probably from the 60ies / 70ies, because at least 2 our of 3 didn't exist anymore. Second encounter: Helpdesk suggested, that on the Profit and Loss account the total amount has to involve VAT. That's totally WRONG! My accountant said, that this was a useless information (which could have led to overpaying tax to a very high degree). Third (and maybe most disrespectful): I went to pay the VAT from the last quarter - after working my a** off 65 hours a week - and the cash desk person complained that I didn't have the right change. You may not forget one thing: all the so-called "customers" are the ones that generate value, so you get your jobs paid. Friendly and competent customer service should be the very least you should be able to give back as a sign of gratitude for getting your jobs financed by your customers. In the free market you guys wouldn't survive a single day with this attitude.
