  One has to arrive 1h30mn before departure. That is way longer than other ferris in Europe where one can arrive 10mn before departure. Overpriced: much more expensive with a trailer than other EU ferris. Quite cold staff. Not outright rude but far from friendly.

  The crew are very friendly and they help you in any way they can to see that one has a present trip

  A very reliable ferry from malta to sicily. Their customer care is second to none
