  I was in Malta for Christmas, and I stopped by to get a prepaid SIM card. The process was easy and the associates were very helpful. The store sits rather inconspicuously on a busy street in Valletta, but the store itself was not excessively busy. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Malta!

  Need cheaper options for short-term travellers. Cheaper Sims, something. Also who doesn't have unlimited data at a reasonable price? It's 2018. I don't even know if they offer unlimited data.

  Nothing good to say, I was paying for data that I was not receiving and found this out when my WiFi in my apartment went down; despite several attempts of them trying to find out why their service was not working on my TB phone, they concluded it wouldn’t work, but still expected me to pay a monthly contract bill, when they clearly indicated the service wouldn’t work on my phone, it wasn’t one on the phones the have listed to not work with their service, but after this, I’m sure my type of phone was added to their list. I will say that all the people I spoke with in the store and over the phone was exceptionally nice. Sarah, I spoke with via messenger was not so nice regarding this issue, for she said I had to keep paying for no data service, she was nuts in thinking I would continue to pay. I was already out of the country, but didn’t let them know, after taking my phone twice in two days to have trouble shoot the issue, I was happy to see that the sells person trying to get it to work was more frustrated then me and she worked with my phone for 30-40 min. They wanted me to go to another town in Malta, so techs could work on it, but it was a relatively new phone, only a month old and they wanted to take it apart.

  Very happy customer since 2012. Not the cheapest but I'm happy to pay the premium.
