::Pretty little cove. Looks nice for swimming on calm days, but when the wind and waves are up, not so safe.

::Nice sheltered little inlet with a pebbled beach. Quite shallow and rocky at the water's edge, so tricky to get in deep enough to swim comfortably (unless you can climb up and find somewhere to jump off). Imagine it gets busy in the summer. Easy enough to drive to a small parking area and walk down the steps.

::My fave sight in Malta. Waves were crazy so we didn’t swim but could see it’d be a nice swim when calm but still mesmerising when choppy! Hard to access without a car and still a bumpy drive when you have one but sooooo worth it!

::This is a hidden gem you’ll find on the trails on the north of Gozo. It’s a bit of a walk from the bus stop so getting here with a car or bike is suggested. When the weather is right, this place is absolutely beautiful. It’s quite a steep walk down and up, so if you’re not too able, perhaps enjoy the view from the top. At the bottom the shores are lined with pebbles and no sand. The water is transparent and stunning, perfect for a swim or skipping stones.

::This is a special little spot for those with an athletic bent... It'll take a bit of cardio to descend and return up the slope, and it's rocky down the bottom so be prepared! Once there it is dazzlingly beautiful, winding through the rocks, the colours are amazing.
