  Abholen vom Flughafen mit 1:45 Stunden Verspätung nach mehreren Anrufen. Abholen von der Unterkunft zum Flughafen genauso schlecht trotz mehreren Anrufen. Als der Shuttle nach 1:15 Stunden am Treffpunkt war und wir inzwischen im Bus, beschimpfte man uns auch noch, weil wir nicht gewartet hatten. Dabei hätten wir den Flug niemals mehr erwischen können!! Ein Graus - schade, dass man nicht null Punkte vergeben kann.

  The worst shuttle co ever , missed both to pick us up at the airport and to pick us up at the hotel. No one replied , no one called back , just pure ignorance allthough we paid in advance , if the was a minus I would click on that.

  persone poco serie avevo l'appuntamento alle 12,45 si sono presentati alle 13,30 a rischio di perdere l'aereo

  We arranged a transfer back to the airport for 4 people through EasyJet. They sent a car. There was no space in the boot for the cases. Two cases on the front seat and two cars in my boot. My 70+ year old grandparents had to sit on each other’s knee. This is not only dangerous but it is also ILLEGAL. It felt very unsafe. I have photographic evidence of this. The driver called the ‘director’ who was rude to him down the phone and would not find an alternative. I spoke to him and he did the same. I will report this to both the Malta police, EasyJet and would WARN OFF anyone who want to use this company.

  I am not able to give a ZERO to this company. They charged us as part of pre-arranged transfer from the airport. Driver did not show up. Both numbers quoted on the voucher were dead. Local tourist office found a third one - dead as well. Waited for >1 hour in vain, took a regular taxi. Wrote an email enquiry - no feedback. Money not refunded. Scam, avoid at all cost.
