  Local sourdough bread straight from the wood fired oven of this 300 year old traditional bakery. Too hot to touch! I had to slide it into my bag quickly, to avoid burning my fingers. Worth it though. A light and crispy crust around a springy, soft middle. Only €0.65 a loaf too! Open for just a few hours in the morning.

  The bread that i bought there was taken out from oven so fresh it was - you really need to try it when visiting Gozo
