  Good for the joints and good for the mood. I like when we are guided through the poses with the help of blocks and belts. Will definitely be going again!

  Went for my first class at Yoga Essence with Krista on Monday and I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stretch out, relax and tone up. Krista guides you very well during the class which is why I would suggest that anyone at any flexibility or fitness level try her class.
