  The staff were rude and the wifi I paid for didn't work the breakfast I paid for was nasty and the room I paid for had a dated door handle you have to go down to reception to get help to open the door then the room was dated and my view a construction site and the tv just don't watch tv the only bonus is it makes you want to go out more

  Everything is good but dinner costs 20€ for adult and 10€ for a child. You need to pay 15€ for 5 day wifi + there's false alarms like 4 times a day.

  nice hotel, good location quiet road in paceville. breakfast not bad

  I did not find the lady friend nor polite at reception when we first arrived and there seemed to be a problem with our booking on their system which led to us not having the correct bed type. The room was small but cosy but was disappointed how early everything closed in the hotel - spa area, roof top however the breakfast was great. When we finally went up to the pool area ad roof top the next morning it was lovely. S little small but cosy and was luckily not busy. There is also some nice views looking out to sea and over the Dragonara Casino. For breakfast there was a lot of choice from different kinds of ham and cheeses, typical English breakfast ingredients, toast or bread, fruit, fresh juices (the blood orange was lovely) and more. Overall I ended up enjoying my stay and found the other staff nice. The location is very central to everything, and although the hotel is situated in a very busy and popular place, you can not hear any of it from inside.

  Absolutely good place for stay for various purposes. You can find beach or clubs nearby, and a good bus station (Ross) is not too far. There are a noisy building site near too, but it is not the hotels fault. The breakfast was ok, everyone can pick the right food. The staff was friendly.
