::Arrived in Malta and was greeted at the airport as described and filled out the paperwork. Upon getting to the car, I realized I had forgot to request an automatic - and was staring at a car I couldn't drive. The staff was extremely helpful, and drove us to their garage to exchange the car for an automatic, and clearly explained I would need to pay another delivery fee (since it is located about 30m from the airport), but took off the difference in fuel (as the auto car had less fuel to start). Definitely went above and beyond to accommodate me for a mistake I had made. Great service, would recommend!
