  Terrible customer service, coming from the owner of the shop. She is rude and unpleasent. Unlike Honey Corner, where you get the voucher after 500 loyalty points, the shopping bonus is received after collecting 750 and as you get closer to this point, the owner becomes worse and worse. No way I'm ever shopping there again.
