  Be prepare for the super rude and stupid people here. They don’t know how to do their job properly, all they can do is just to annoy the applicants and look down on them. Worst place I’ve ever been. Be patient for their stupidity. This is about staffs for the ID

  If you want better administration take my advice: instead of blue papers give to the applicants the ID working permit instead. HOW : when someone is applying TAKE HIS PAPERWORK and call, all institutions by telephone, call in Germany ask for crime, call in European parliament ask for crime, call in NSA USA ...and issueI the papers to the people. PLEASE KINDLY NOTE 😂🔫 that it's better this way.Or give them all a shelter up until decided upon approval 4 FREAKING MONTHS

  dealt with Identity Malta in my process of submitting my application for citizenship by descent. What a great group of people! Very helpful and hard at working dealing with the hectic atmosphere of such a busy place. Thank you again.

  I literally waited no more than 5 minutes and the whole process was done in 15 minutes. Very impressed that my passport will be ready in 4 days time! The guy also took 3 photos because I wasn't happy with the first 2!
